As a visionary for change within the architecture industry, Jenelle L. Smagala, AIA, broke away from the traditional structure of a design studio when she started Synthesis Incorporated in 1998. Through the years, Synthesis Incorporated has earned a reputation for excellence. Her vision – collaboration of ideas, people and information – has transcended through the entire office and is embodied in the work we do every day.

Jenelle’s enthusiasm combined with her strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills has built long-lasting relationships with her staff, clients, consultants and contractors. With more than 20 years experience, Jenelle has worked with such clients as Clarian Health Partners, Indiana University, Eli Lilly and Co., Wishard Health Services, and Purdue University.
