In Lawrence, a cluster of architecture, engineering, and construction-related businesses had already begun to take shape. With strong access to Interstate 465 and proximity to the broader city, the area held the foundations of a growing industry hub.

Synthesis, in collaboration with V3 Companies and Accompany LLC, worked with the City of Lawrence and the Lawrence Redevelopment Commission to develop a strategic master plan. Through stakeholder interviews and site analysis, the team established a framework focused on strengthening connectivity, improving safety, and targeting infrastructure investments. The plan outlines key development opportunities designed to support industry synergy and guide coordinated growth across the district.
