Springmill Medical Clinic
Springmill Medical Center is a 65,000-square-foot medical facility located in a building originally designed to accommodate corporate offices. This project represents our experience in combining several different clinics within a building space effectively and efficiently. With four primary owners and eight physician specialty groups whose criteria had to be integrated into a facility with engineering, code, and structural design originally incompatible with medical requirements, the discussions quickly became a dialogue between architectural modifications and a new patient care delivery model.
