Jennifer Byrer has been with Synthesis for 2 years. Jennifer provides high-level administrative support to Synthesis President, Jenelle Smagala and others within the office. She's an integral part of our team on a daily basis and an indispensable part of the office.
What do you enjoy doing on your free time?
Cooking, playing/snuggling with my cats, spending time at my family’s lake house, and spur-of-the-moment road trips with my guy.

Take criticism for what it is: a gift! It’s an opportunity to better yourself and/or your career.
What did you want to be when you grew up? Does it reflect what you are doing now?
A veterinarian. Not even close!
What inspires you?
I’m inspired most by those who have been dealt a rotten hand and yet have chosen to overcome it and live life to the fullest, despite their situation.
