Synthesis Named One of Indiana’s Best Places to Work in 2025

This marks the 20th edition of the Indiana Chamber’s esteemed program, which celebrates organizations based on both employer-reported practices and comprehensive employee feedback. In 2025, 150 companies from over 30 cities across the state were selected and evaluated—making this year’s cohort the largest in the program’s history.
